Tending to the Bakery (27 April)

~waking even earlier than usual she stretches and yawns then quietly slips from the furs so as not to wake her Jarl or sister. quietly she pulls on a clean kirtle and slips down the stairs going to the bakery straight away. she mixes sa tarna and milk in a large pot and stirs it as it begins to boil then spoons it into a big bowl and sits it on the counter. she fixes herself a bowl and some fresh bosk milk and eats her breakfast then gathers up the dirty pots and pans and washes and dries them and puts them all away.
next she refills all the containers and grinds some blackwine beans. she cuts into cubes and browns a boskadaver and adds it to a large pot of boiling water, slices carrots, suls along with various other vegetables and spices stirs it all together and leaves it to simmer. taking a broom and bucket of hot soapy water she goes upstairs and begins to clean, first dusting the crates off, sweeping the dirt up and then scrubbing the floor with a brush, getting up every bit of dirt. she sweeps off the stairs and washes them. downstairs she repeats the whole process just like everyday. wipes down tables and counters, dusts shelves and crates, sweeps the floor being sure to get under tables and benches then on hands and knees she scrubs the floor thoroughly, rinses it in clean hot water and takes the bucket out back, cleans it and puts everything away, she checks to make sure she is done and goes on to the next task~
