    *Check Storage Items
        *click storage
        *click "Look Into"
        *watch local for the list
   
    *Transfer Items
        *Click Storage
        *Click Medicine, Raw Material, Tools or Nutriment
        *Select the Item
        *Select the amount
        *Stand close to person
        *Select their name
       
    *Take Items
        *On your HUD, select medicine, raw material, tools or Nutriment
        *Select the Item
        *Select the amount
        *Now WAIT -- It will take up to 5 mins before your items are delivered to your Inventory, and will come in, one at a time.
               
    *Add Items
        *Find an NLS storage box, they look like a crate.
        *Drag the items out of your NLS inventory on to the floor next to the storage box.
        *Click the storage and it will gather the items from the floor and add them to your HUD
                     
    *To Eat  
        *rezz it and click it
        *wear it and click it
